The new servo-electric core pulling unit SLY sets new standards for high-precision slider tools and Lift & Strip moulds, as required in the medical technology. The slide guide, slide actuation and slide assembly are now integrated in a compact unit with µm-level precision, allowing space-saving mould dimensions while also reducing maintenance.

With our new SLY core pull unit, the construction of high-precision slide tools and Lift & Strip molds is significantly simplified, as the complex design and production of the slide guide is no longer necessary. You only need to produce the precise centering holes – we take care of the rest.

The SLY shows its strengths in injection moulding – clean, precise and, above all, fast! The low energy consumption and reduced maintenance requirements are agreeable side effects.

The time-consuming in-house production of the slide guide is no longer necessary.
By relocating the slide guide outside the mould frame, the mould is much more compact.
The simple interchangeability simplifies tool maintenance and minimises downtimes.
Shorter production times and lower assembly effort lead to greater cost efficiency and lower lead-times, accelerating delivery capability.
The modular design enables flexible adaptation to different mould requirements.

Oil-free operation and minimum lubrication suitable for medical use ensure 100% cleanroom suitability.
The servo-electric drive train enables flexible motion profiles with speeds of up to 600 mm/s and thrust forces of up to 12 kN.
The use of low-maintenance linear guides minimises friction and wear reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.
