The new servo-electric core pulling unit SLY sets new standards for high-precision slider tools and Lift & Strip moulds, as required in the medical technology. The slide guide, slide actuation and slide assembly are now integrated in a compact unit with µm-level precision, allowing space-saving mould dimensions while also reducing maintenance.

Our new SLY core pulling unit significantly simplifies the construction of high-precision slide moulds and lift & strip moulds, as the complex design and production of the slide guide is no longer necessary. You only need to produce the precise centering holes – we take care of the rest.

The SLY shows its strengths in injection moulding – clean, precise and, above all, fast! The low energy consumption and reduced maintenance requirements are agreeable side effects.

The time-consuming in-house production of the slide guide is no longer necessary.
By relocating the slide guide outside the mould frame, the mould is much more compact.
The simple interchangeability simplifies tool maintenance and minimises downtimes.
