Innovative tooling solutions in multi-component injection molding.

Rubber-like handles, movable drinking spouts, and multi-colored surfaces: multi-component injection molding processes impress with the ability to combine harder and softer materials in one molded part, thus producing products and packaging with special tactile properties and specific functions. In addition to our demolding systems, our servo technology for rotating index plates is also successfully used in multi-component processes.

Index plate rotational movements via worm gears or timing belts also allow the integration of steps such as punching or additional filling in your tool. The servo-electric rotation of plate assemblies up to 500 kg achieves 180-degree rotation times in under a second to achieve the fastest cycle times. Our expertise includes the planning and implementation of index plates up to the drive of turntables for rotating complete tool halves.
