Rotating thread core cooling for screw extraction units
Servomold temperature control systems are used to cool the thread cores in unscrewing units, allowing for shorter cooling and cycle times in the tool through fast and efficient heat extraction. Thread core cooling is available in various designs.

Efficient, individually tailored core cooling.
While Servomold thread cores are cooled in different ways depending on the application, the basic structure of the cooling system always consists of a rotating inner part screwed onto the thread core and a stationary outer part with cooling connections. With different dimensions and cooling tube designs up to special solutions, we guarantee a perfectly tailored result for each application.
